Summer is approaching! So I would like to share my late post about my experience in Aquaria Water Park in Calatagan Batangas (since I visited last Decemeber).
I've been hearing Aquaria before from my friends and relatives that's why I grabbed the chance to also have my visit here, because I heard it's really a place of fun, activities and more, and I must say they are really correct with that info.
About Aquaria Water Park
Aquaria boasts of 525-meter of fine beach and a water park that can be readily enjoyed by both the kids and the kids-at-heart! Located within the Playa Calatagan Residences in Calatagan, Batangas, Aquaria’s highlights include a thrilling giant 3-storey high pool slide and cove pools as well as a long stretch of beach where you can lounge or swim and savor a seaside retreat.Activities to do in Aquaria Water Park
Apart from the waterpark activities itself, there's more at Aquaria Water Park, since aside from the pools, it also has a beach front that you can enjoy, so if you are the beach-y type (not bitch lol) you can enjoy the beach, how? there are boats you can rent and explore calatagan beach, we actually did this and what we found is a beautiful sand bar! who would've thought we can have this beautiful sand bar in Batangas, no need to go to Palawan.
If you want water adventures, you can also rent Jetski, Kayak.
If you want relaxation, you can sun bath, there are beds for rent. There are also Cabana's for more relaxation plus a massage, yes they offer massage!
Must try in Aquaria Water Park?
For me trying the pools and slide of Aquaria Water Park is must of course, because so far it's really one of the best, if not the best water parks out there.
You should also try their Restaurant Cafe at the beachfront, it has a nice ambiance, relaxing and try their delicious food.
Lastly, I suggest you extend your stay till dawn and be able to witness a stunning sunset!
What's to look forward to in Aquaria Water Park?
As of now, Aquaria Water Park doesn't have yet accommodations, so it does not operate at night. But this will be possible in the future, I have seen the hotel construction beside so soon we can have a longer stay there and enjoy Aquaria Water Park longer.
Tagaytay
Tagaytay is close to my heart ever since I was a kid. Tagaytay has had been our family's whereabout every now and then especially during special occasions or celebrations. Since we live in the South, Tagaytay has had been our "Baguio" hehe. My family also is not fond of traveling far, so Tagaytay is really I remember we often go to.
We Filipinos are western, and we're oriental too. We just love food! I am one of the guilty here :)
When we eat foreign cuisines, as much as possible we want to have it as authentic as possible as like we are travelled by its taste. I am a lover of Japanese food and recently I found one of the most authentic Japanese (from I've visited) resto here in Metro Manila.
From the store's outside look, you'll be encouraged to eat here if you're a Japanese food lover because it makes you feel you are in the streets of Japan. You'll be even more amazed to see how they made it to look authentic Japanese place inside.
I even loved Unakichi more when I finally tasted some of their menus. I love Japanese foods but not really good into food names. But I believe me and my blogger friends ordered this "Unakichi's set meals," this is Unakichi's set meals. We preferred having Unaju Jo Set since it's already in set meal it is more sulit and cheaper than having these dishes individually.
We ordered different Unakichi's Set Meals:
UnaJo Jo Set (Grilled eet)
Tempura Set (2 Prawns with Vegetables)
Tori Karagae Set (Fried Chicken with Yurinchi Sauce)
Sake Saikyo Yaki Set - Grilled Best Salmon dipped in Saikyo Miso Saba Shio yaki Set - Grilled Mackerel
(See Photos Below)
All of the set meals comes with rice, soup, salad, pickles and fruits!
Of course, let's tackle my favorite part, the dessert! we tasted their Singenmochi (Sticky Rice Cake)
and Green Tea (Matcha) Ice Cream. This actually became one of my favorite desserts today, its my first time to try a sticky rice cake with an ice cream!

I remember myself dreaming and imagining of going to greece and Santorini during the launch of James Reid and Nadine Lustre's show "Till I Met You." The place is just too beautiful, simple and most of all it seems so romantic there.
Honestly speaking, I am on this stage of my life in which I think I'm lost right now, lost that I really don't know what to do, if to land a job or just keep pushing harder in blogging, I'm on this stage that I'm discovering what myself really want. I'm on this stage in life that I want to be sure this time, I'm afraid to commit another or mistakes again in my decisions. Because yes I admit that I really had wrong decisions made the past years like instead of pursuing my studies, with my thoughts of having a "shortcut" in life, I instead invested in a business that unfortunately I lost in it and ended up to be a longer way for me.
